Wes Haystead, President and CEO

President and CEO of Logos Management Software, Inc., has served Logos for 30 years! Prior to Logos, Wes worked as the Senior Editor for Gospel Light Publications and as Curriculum Editor for Focus on the Family. As a speaker and author, Wes spent many years teaching and writing books on effective communication with children. He has continued to teach by taking leaders and staff members of churches and helping them discover ways they can be more efficient in pursuing their objectives. Wes is married to Sheryl. They have three children and are the proud grandparents to five grandchildren.

James Lantiegne, Chief Financial Officer

Experienced in working with denominations and dioceses across the United States in helping them bring financial accountability and proper bookkeeping procedures to their locations.  James has worked with non-profit organizations for over 15 years and brings a solid understanding of accounting procedures and product design. James is also a professional magician, which can be interesting when dealing in accounting. With his wife, Julie, and their four boys, they are always keeping our company entertained.

Tony Ferraro, Chief Visionary Officer

A licensed minister with Sandals Church and Chief Visionary Officer of Logos Management Solutions, Inc.  Mr. Ferraro was CEO and founder of 360Hubs, a developer of Web 2.0 online collaboration solutions which merged with Logos.  Prior to founding 360Hubs, he was the Industry Manager for Hyland Software, an enterprise content management developer known for its OnBase solution.  Before this, Tony held sales and marketing management positions with various technology companies including KDS USA, the creators of eMachines, Inc. He graduated Cum Laude from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina with a degree in political science.  He also attended Wake Forest University, School of Law.  Currently, he is on the Board of the Clemson University National Alumni Counsel and serves as President of the Southern California Clemson Alumni Club. He is married to Angela and is the proud father to fifteen month old baby boy, Silas.
