Logos Management Software, Inc. takes privacy and data protection issues seriously. We have designed this Privacy Policy to explain how we handle personally identifiable information collected from organizations that purchase products and services and submit information to Logos.

Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers Logos’ treatment of personally identifiable information collected from organizations (hereafter "merchant" or "you") that use the Logos online payment gateway services, as well as consumer information that we acquire in the course of our business. This Policy also covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that Logos’ business partners may share with it.
ThisPolicy does not apply to the practices of companies that Logos does not own or control, or to people that Logos does not employ or manage. This Policy is specific to Logos Management Software and does not apply to other Web sites or Internet services.
Information Collection and Use
We do not collect personal information from you unless you provide it to us in conjunction with an application for a merchant (online giving or payment) account or any other service we offer. The information collected is used for the underwriting, approval and setup required for the service you request. We do not license, sell, rent or trade any collected information about your account or other personal information unless you request it, the information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you, or the disclosure is otherwise lawfully permitted or requested.
Logos collects personally identifiable information when you apply for a Logos account, and when you use certain Logos products and services. Logos may also receive personally identifiable information from its resellers and other business partners.
When you apply for an account with Logos, we ask for your contact information (such as your name, street address and e-mail address), as well as certain information pertaining to your organization, along with billing information such as a bank account and/or credit card number.
In the course of processing a payment transaction, we typically receive from the merchant or financial institution information related to the transaction. This normally includes information about the payment or contribution that a consumer has furnished the merchant or financial institution in placing the order.
The personally identifiable information we acquire in processing payment transactions varies according to the nature of the transaction and the way in which merchants or financial institutions are using our payment services. It may include, for example, the amount of the transaction, the consumer’s name, credit card number and expiration date, checking account number, billing address, and shipping address.
Logos Management Software uses the information collected to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, to process payment transactions, to facilitate billing, and otherwise deliver the payment gateway services. We may also send organizations periodic service announcements, newsletters, and notices about specials, new products and services as well as products and services offered by Logos business partners. Personally identifiable consumer information is used to process payment transactions and for no other purpose.
Logos does not offer services or sell products to children. Logos does not request or knowingly collect personally identifiable contact information from anyone under the age of 13.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Logos Management Software does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Logos under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Logos communicate with your organization about Logos products and our marketing partners. In the event that Logos Management Software is acquired, merchant account information may be one of the transferred assets.
In the event that we contract with a third party to provide some part of the information or service that you have requested, Logos Management Software may provide your information to such third party, or such third party may collect information from you on our behalf. These third parties are required to implement similar security measures and to process your information only as authorized by Logos to fulfill the service(s) that they have been contracted to provide.
Further use and/or disclosure of your personal information by Third-Party Providers is not the responsibility of Logos Management Software. Rather, such use and/or disclosure is governed by the Third-Party Providers' privacy policies.
Information Security
Logos Management Software uses encryption technology to safeguard your credit card and/or bank data used in electronic transactions. Any personal information you provide to Logos is kept on secure servers. Logos uses reasonable administrative, technical, personnel, and physical measures (a) to safeguard personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification; and (b) to ensure the integrity of the personal information. To help us protect your privacy, you should maintain the secrecy of the logon ID and password you may have set up in connection with your participation in this Web site's service.
Account Information and Preferences
Logos Management Software gives you the ability to edit your online account information and preferences at any time. You may also notify Logos Customer Support as to whether or not you want Logos to contact you about promotions and new products.
